Privacy and discretion
How we protect your information and your name.
This page describes how the site and our team handle information today, in plain words. If anything changes, we will say so here first.
What we collect
The website sets no cookies, loads no analytics or advertising tools and loads no scripts or fonts from other companies. The fonts are served from our own site.
Like any website, the service that hosts it handles the technical request your browser makes to show you a page, which includes your IP address. We do not add tracking on top of that.
When you take one of the free tests we ask for your first name and an email or a WhatsApp number. We receive those, the name of the test, and your result (for example your archetype and three words). If you tick the optional box, we may also send you occasional notes. We receive nothing else about you.
What stays on your device
Some features keep small pieces of information in your browser's own storage on your device. This is not a cookie and it is not sent to us. The role you pick on the home page is kept for the length of your visit. The Brand DNA Report keeps your progress and your result on your device so that you can pick up where you left off.
You can remove this at any time by clearing the site data for risepersonal.com in your browser settings.
How the tests work
The test answers are scored in your browser. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. We receive only your name, your contact details, the test you took and your result. The PDF and the share card are made on your device and saved to your device.
If you choose to message us about your result, for example by pressing a WhatsApp button, that message goes through WhatsApp and our team will see what it contains. Look at the message before you send it. You can edit it.
The free tests and your details
We ask for your name and a way to reach you so that the free tests lead to a real conversation. We use your details to show you your result, to follow up with you about it, and, only if you tick the separate box, to send you occasional notes from the team. We do not sell your details and we do not share them outside the team.
Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Rise Personal team can open. We keep your details only as long as we need them to follow up and to work with you, and we delete them when you ask.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by writing to Authentic@risepersonal.com or by WhatsApp. We will do it and tell you when it is done. If you gave us an email address and want to stop the occasional notes, say so and we will stop them.
Who sees your messages
If you message us on WhatsApp or write to Authentic@risepersonal.com, our team sees those messages. We do not sell them and we do not share them outside the team. We share them inside the team only as far as the work needs.
Before an NDA is in place, please keep your first message short: your role and what you would like to talk about. Please do not send patient information, passwords, identity documents or financial account details.
How client confidentiality works
Every engagement starts under an NDA, signed before we hear the brief. We never name a client, quote them or show their work without their written approval. Nothing is made public in your name without your written approval.
When we describe our work on this site, we do so without names or identifying detail, and we share more only where a client has agreed.
How long we keep messages
We keep messages only as long as needed to reply and to work together, and we delete them if you ask.
How to ask us to delete your messages
Send a message on WhatsApp or an email to Authentic@risepersonal.com saying that you would like your messages deleted. We will delete what we hold and tell you when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Messages that remain in your own WhatsApp or email account are yours to remove.
Third parties
The site loads nothing from third parties. WhatsApp and email are third-party services that you choose to use when you contact us, and they have their own privacy terms. The site also links to the websites of companies in our ecosystem. Those sites have their own rules, which apply once you leave this one.
The details you give us in the free tests are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Rise Personal team can open. That service holds them for us and we do not use it for anything else.

Can you delete my messages?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we will delete them and tell you when it is done.
Will this page change?
Yes, when we add anything new. We will update it before the change goes live.
