Europe and the Gulf
Personal branding for Europe, with the Gulf in view.
You may want to know what we do, what you get and what we will not do before you say hello. This page answers that.
Who this page is for
Some readers are based in Europe and want to be known for their expertise, in their own field and country. Others are European founders or consultants who sell into the Gulf, or who have Gulf partners and want to be understood there.
We are based in Dubai and work remotely. We serve clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf, Egypt and Europe. We do not name clients or cities, because every engagement is confidential.
Proof over promise
We cannot show you client logos or testimonials. We never show a client's work without their written approval, and most clients ask us not to. So we offer other proof.
You can read how we work in detail. You can see who the founder is and what he has done. You can take the free Brand DNA Report and judge the quality of our thinking yourself. And you can ask for a call before you share anything.
- A written scope and price before you commit
- An NDA signed before we hear your brief
- Nothing public without your written approval
- No promises about followers, rankings or revenue
LinkedIn first, then the room
For European business buyers, LinkedIn is usually the first stop. Before replying to an email, people look at who sent it. A profile that explains your work in plain words, a few considered posts and recommendations from people who know your work all help.
We help you write in your own voice, from your own words and notes. You approve every piece before it goes live. We do not buy followers or engagement.
The room still matters. A conference panel, a client roundtable or a professional association talk gives you credibility that a post cannot. We help you choose the few that fit.
Data protection, stated plainly
We work with European data protection rules in mind. Today the site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The Brand DNA Report is worked out in your browser, and we receive only the name and contact details you give us.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, our team sees those messages. We keep them only as long as needed to reply and to work together, and we delete them if you ask. If your organisation has specific data requirements, tell us before you share anything and we will answer in writing.
We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice. Our privacy and discretion page sets out the detail.
Time zones and ways to talk
Dubai keeps the same clock all year. It is two to three hours ahead of Central Europe, depending on the season, and three to four hours ahead of the UK.
You do not need WhatsApp. You can write to Authentic@risepersonal.com or ask our team for a call. WhatsApp is faster for many of our Gulf clients, so we offer it, but it is a choice.
Being known in the Gulf
Gulf business tends to run on introductions, trust built over time and quick messages on WhatsApp. If you are a European professional building relationships there, a polished profile is rarely enough. Someone credible needs to say your name.
We help you prepare for that: a short account of what you do, a clear idea of whom you should meet, and a presence that matches what they hear.
Questions people ask us
Do you work with clients in Europe?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in Europe, as well as in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf and Egypt. We do not name clients or cities, because engagements are confidential.
Can we avoid WhatsApp?
Yes. You can use email and video calls. We offer WhatsApp because many clients prefer it, not because you must.
Is the Brand DNA Report compliant with GDPR?
It is worked out in your browser, and we receive only the name and contact details you give us. We cannot give legal advice. If you send us your result, that message is then seen by our team.
Can you help me be known in the Gulf?
We can help you prepare your story and your presence, and think through which rooms matter. We do not promise specific introductions or deals.
How do I know who I would be working with?
The founder is Mohamed El Sawaf. His background is on the home page, and you can ask for a call to meet our team before you decide.
Which languages do you work in?
English today. Arabic is planned. We do not offer other languages at the moment.
