Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Personal branding in the UAE, starting in the room.
People in the UAE meet many new faces and remember few. We help you be the one they have already heard good things about.
Why the UAE works differently
Many decision makers here meet new people every week. What they remember is who introduced you, what they heard before you arrived, and whether you were easy to place.
That is why a good profile alone is not enough. A strong LinkedIn page does not replace a warm word from someone the other person trusts. It does make that word easier to act on.
So we work in a fixed order. First the introduction and the room. Then the record. Then the screen.
Where reputation is built in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
The two cities have their own institutions and their own circles. DIFC is in Dubai. ADGM is in Abu Dhabi. A founder based in one is often judged by people who sit in the other.
The rooms that tend to matter are the same ones you may already attend. We help you walk into them with a sharper story.
- Business council and chamber gatherings, where you are introduced rather than introducing yourself
- Advisory and company boards, and the conversations before an appointment
- Industry conferences, where being on the panel counts for more than being in the audience
- Private dinners and majlis-style gatherings hosted by someone you both know
- Investor and family-office meetings
Free zones, family groups and who decides
Many founders and professionals here operate through a free zone, while their customers and investors sit elsewhere in the Gulf or in Europe. Your licence says where you are registered. It does not say who should know you. We start from who needs to know you and work back.
Family-owned groups are also a large part of business life in the Gulf. In these groups, the person you meet is often not the only person who decides. We help you prepare a story that still holds when someone else repeats it in a meeting you are not in.
Working with us from Dubai
We are based in Dubai and work remotely. The UAE keeps the same clock all year, UTC+4, so there is no clock change to plan around. Working weeks vary. Many organisations work Monday to Friday, some with a shorter Friday, and some private firms keep other patterns. We agree meeting times that suit yours.
We work by video call, WhatsApp and email. If the work needs an in-person meeting in the UAE, we agree that with you in writing first.
Discretion is the default
Every engagement starts under an NDA, signed before you describe the brief. We never name a client, quote you or show your work without your written approval. In a market where people know each other, that matters more, not less.
How to start in the UAE
You can start without committing to anything. We confirm scope, timing and price in writing before you commit.
- Take the free Brand DNA Report. It takes about four minutes and your answers stay on your device.
- Message our team on WhatsApp with one line about where you want to be known.
- Ask for a private 20-minute intro call through WhatsApp.
Questions people ask us
Do you have an office in Dubai?
We are based in Dubai and work remotely. We do not publish an office address. We meet by video call, and we can agree an in-person meeting when the work needs it.
Should my brand be me or my company?
In most cases the person leads and the company follows, because people here often meet the individual first. We look at your situation before we advise. Some professionals need the opposite, for example when a firm name carries the trust.
Can you promise introductions or press coverage?
No. We prepare you to be introduced well, and we help you choose the rooms and outlets that fit. We do not promise specific introductions, meetings or coverage.
I am well known in a small circle. Is this still confidential?
Yes, and it matters more in that case. The NDA comes before the brief, and nothing is made public, quoted or attributed to you without your written approval.
Do you work in Arabic?
Not yet. The site and our work are in English today. Arabic is planned. If your audience needs Arabic content now, tell us at the start and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
Do you work with clients outside Dubai?
Yes. We work with clients across the UAE, in Saudi Arabia, the wider Gulf, Egypt and Europe, all remotely from Dubai.
