For founders
Investors and partners meet you before they meet your company.
Before a second meeting, someone usually searches your name. We help you make sure they find a clear, true and credible person.
The company is clear. The founder is not yet.
Many founders can describe the product in one sentence and themselves in none. Yet the people who back a young company often judge the founder first, because the product may change and the founder is the constant.
A personal brand for a founder is not a persona. It is a short, accurate account of who you are, why you started, and why you are the right person to do this. Someone who has never met you should be able to repeat it.
Three layers, in this order
We build a founder's reputation from the room outward.
- In the room: how you are introduced, how you open an investor or partner meeting, and the three things people should remember afterwards.
- On the record: a profile page, a short written account of why you started, interviews and mentions that a search will find.
- On screen: LinkedIn and short video in your own voice, at a rhythm you can keep next to running a company.
What we do with you
Discovery. We listen first. We ask why you started, who needs to trust you, what you can say now and what you cannot say yet.
Blueprint. Your voice and values take shape. We write down who you are, in your own words, and agree the message and the three words you want to be known for.
Services. Your message, identity and reach. Our team in strategy, content, media and data builds what the blueprint calls for, and you approve each piece before it goes public.
Moments when it makes sense to start
There is no wrong time to ask, but these are common points where a clear founder story pays for itself.
- Before you talk to investors or a strategic partner
- Before a launch or a move into a new country
- Before you hire your first senior people, who will search for you
- When a co-founder or an investor is more visible than you are
- When you are known inside your network but not beyond it
What we handle carefully
Founders hold information that cannot be public: a raise in progress, a product not yet announced, a partner not yet named. Every engagement starts under an NDA, signed before you tell us the brief. Nothing about your company is published, quoted or attributed without your written approval.
We also keep your story honest. Investors and partners check claims. We will not write a number, a customer name or a milestone you cannot support, and we will tell you if a line sounds bigger than the facts.
What we will not do
We keep the story honest and the promises small.
- Invent a milestone, a number or a customer name
- Promise investor introductions, press coverage or followers
- Buy followers or engagement
- Publish anything in your name without your written approval
What we need from you
Honest conversation, access to the facts, and time to approve. We cannot make a weak product look strong, and we do not try. We make a true story clear.
How to start
Take the free Brand DNA Report, or message our team with one line about what you are building. We listen first. We then confirm scope, timing and price in writing before you commit.
Questions people ask us
I already have a company brand. Do I need a personal one?
They do different jobs. The company brand explains the product. The personal brand explains who stands behind it. In the early stages, people often trust the second before the first.
Will you make me look bigger than I am?
No. We make you clear, not larger. Overstated claims are the quickest way to lose an investor or a partner.
Can we work before we have announced anything?
Yes. The NDA comes first. We can work on your story and message privately and agree together what, if anything, goes public and when.
We are several co-founders. Who do you work with?
We talk about it at the start. Some teams brand one founder, some brand all of them. We agree this in the scope, in writing.
Do you introduce founders to investors?
No. We do not promise investor introductions. We prepare you to be introduced well, and to be understood quickly when you are.
