How we work
What happens when you work with Rise Personal.
Here is the whole process in plain words: what we do, what we ask of you, what you approve, and how price is set.
The short version
You talk to us. We sign an NDA before you describe the brief. We listen, we write down who you are and what you want to be known for, and then we build the pieces that make it visible. In that order, and with your approval at each step.
Our principle is on the ground first, online second. Online gets you seen. The room gets you trusted. So we start with how you are introduced and remembered, and only then work on what appears on a screen.
Before anything: the NDA
Every engagement starts under an NDA, signed before we hear the brief. If you only want to say who you are and what you want to talk about, that is enough for a first message. Please keep other details until the NDA is in place.
Stage one: Discovery. We listen first.
Discovery is a set of conversations. We ask what you do, who needs to trust you, which rooms matter, what you want to be known for and what you do not want said about you. We look at what already exists about you, online and offline. If you have taken the Brand DNA Report, we use your archetype and three words as a starting point, not a verdict.
At the end of Discovery you should recognise yourself in what we tell you back. If you do not, we say so and adjust.
Stage two: Blueprint. Your voice and values take shape.
The Blueprint puts your positioning in writing. It sets out who you are in a few sentences, the message you want people to repeat, your three words, the rooms and channels that fit, and the order in which we work.
Nothing in the Blueprint is generic. It is built from your own words, your values and your situation. You approve it before the next stage begins.
Stage three: Services. Your message, identity and reach.
Services is where the Blueprint becomes visible. Depending on your goals, our team of specialists works across four disciplines: strategy and positioning; content and creative; media and distribution; and data and technology, with support from our sister company.
In practice this can include preparing how you are introduced, writing profiles and articles in your voice, planning speaking and media, shaping your visual identity, and setting up your online presence. We agree which of these you need in the written scope. You do not pay for what you do not need.
The three layers we work in
Across all three stages, we work in three layers.
- In the room: how you are introduced, presented and remembered in boards, meetings, conferences and private gatherings
- On the record: press, interviews, profiles and mentions that a search or an investor will find
- On screen: LinkedIn, video and content that sound like you and not like an agency
What we need from you
Honest answers in Discovery, so that the Blueprint is true. Access to the facts, so that nothing we write is overstated. Prompt decisions at approval points. And a clear line on what you can and cannot say, particularly if you answer to a board, an employer or a licensing body.
What you approve
You approve the Blueprint. You approve every public piece before it goes live, whether we write it, design it or arrange it. We do not post, publish, pitch or quote in your name without your written approval.
How confidentiality works
The NDA comes first. We never name a client, quote them or show their work without their written approval. If you ask how others have fared, we describe the work without identifying anyone, and we share only what each client has agreed to. Our privacy and discretion page explains how we handle your messages.
How pricing works
We do not publish a price list, because the work depends on who you are and what you need. After a first conversation, we send the scope, timing and price in writing. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is charged before you agree in writing.
We price by scope of work, not by likes, followers or hours of posting. We do not promise followers, rankings or revenue.
What we will not do
- Promise followers, rankings, press coverage, revenue or introductions to named people
- Buy followers, reviews or engagement
- Publish in your name without your written approval
- Name a client or show their work without their written approval
- Use patient stories or before and after images for doctors
- Contact people on your behalf without your approval
- Give medical, legal or financial advice
Who this is not for
Rise Personal is not for people who want fast attention at any cost, or a large following without a clear message behind it. It is not for anyone who wants a brand that is bigger than the facts. It is not a good fit if you cannot spare time for honest conversations and approvals.
If we think we are not the right fit, we will tell you in the first conversation.
The free first step
You can begin without speaking to anyone. The Brand DNA Report takes about four minutes, is worked out in your browser, and we receive only the name and contact details you give us. It gives you your archetype and your three words, and a ten-page PDF with a seven-day plan.
Questions people ask us
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on your goals and on how many services you need. We confirm timing in writing before you commit.
Do I have to commit before I know the price?
No. We share scope, timing and price in writing after a first conversation. You decide after that.
Who will I speak to?
Our team. The founder, Mohamed El Sawaf, and the specialists who will work on your engagement. We tell you who is involved when we send the scope.
Can I take the Blueprint and do the rest myself?
Often yes. We can agree this in the scope. Tell us at the start.
Do you work with companies or individuals?
Both. Our main audience is leaders and the companies they lead, but individual founders, executives, doctors, consultants and experts work with us directly.
What happens if we are not the right fit?
We say so, in the first conversation or later in the process. We would rather tell you than take on work we cannot do well.
